Credit / Debit Card Payments

Notice to Customers paying with Credit & Debit Cards. The London Utility Commission has recently changed billing software and are excited to offer a new and improved Customer Portal. All customers that would like to pay by credit or debit card will need to register with the new portal by selecting the “Pay Bill Online” option and following the “Register” instructions.
